Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)

The GMAT is a standardized assessment that measures students' general verbal, mathematical and analytical writing skills. The GMAT helps business schools assess the qualifications of applicants for advanced study in business and management.

The GMAT Test is administered by not-for-profit organisation the Graduate Managament Admission Council (GMAC).

It is specifically designed to help graduate management programmes assess the qualifications of applicants for advanced study in business and management. Most colleges and universities in the United States require or recommend GMAT test scores as part of their graduate application process for business and management programmes.

The computer-based GMAT measures basic verbal, mathematical, and analytical writing skills that you have developed over a long period of time in your education and work. The GMAT is a computer-adaptive test (CAT), which means that questions are selected based on your responses to preceding questions, adjusting to your individual ability as the test progresses.

For more information about the test visit the GMAT website.
