Alex has been with the Film Archive for 6 years after
a long career as a primary teacher across the Lower Hutt region. Alex
is responsible for the management, resource development and presentation
of the Archive's education programmes, whether at tertiary, secondary
or primary, both local and national in focus.
Alex's position, like many similar educators in NZ's art
galleries, museums and science centres, is funded by a contract with
the Minsitry of Educcation under its Learning Experiences Outside the
Classroom programme.
